OSTEOMYELITIS

Osteomyelitis is a bacterial bone infection, often from wounds or infections. Symptoms include pain and fever, and untreated, it can cause serious complications.

VALLEY FEVER

Valley Fever is a lung infection from the Coccidioides fungus in areas. Symptoms include cough and fever, with severe cases spreading to skin. Early diagnosis is vital for high-risk individuals.

UTI

Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) are bacterial infections affecting the bladder, urethra, or kidneys. Symptoms include frequent urination, burning, cloudy or strong-smelling urine, and abdominal pain.

SYPHILIS

Syphilis is a sexually transmitted infection from the bacterium Treponema pallidum, starting with a painless sore and potentially leading to rashes, flu-like symptoms, and complications if untreated. Early detection and antibiotic treatment are crucial.

HIV/AIDS

HIV/AIDS is a viral infection that weakens the immune system, making it harder to fight infections. Without treatment, it can progress to AIDS, a severe stage. While there’s no cure, antiretroviral therapy (ART) helps manage the condition and supports a healthy life.
